Corallia，是一项集群举措，旨在通过支持集群发展的各项活动，促进竞争、创业和创新。它以知识密集型行业为重点，具有强烈的出口导向，拥有堪为启迪的成功典范，以中小企业为开路先锋，并运用"自下而上"的新颖决策方法。

创新集群是"由独立企业组成的众多团体（新建创新企业、大中小企业以及研究组织），它们在某个区域从事某个特定行业的经营，并通过促进密集互动、共享设施和交换知识与专才，以及通过在集群内的企业中有效地促进技术转让、网络联谊和信息传播，来刺激创新活动。"
微集群是希腊首个创新集群，自从2006年成立以来，成员人数持续增加，迄今已有100多家组织，包括希腊的创新公司、学术实验室和研究机构，成员遍布全希腊。
