Coralliaは、クラスターの発展を支持する活動を通じて競争力、アントレプレナーシップおよびイノベーションを高めることを目的としたクラスターイニシアチブです。強い輸出志向の下で今日までのサクセスストーリーから刺激を受け、かつ、中小企業を先頭に斬新な「ボトムアップ」的な政策決定アプローチを用いて、知識型の分野を重点的に取り扱っています。

イノベーションクラスターは、「強力な相互作用、施設の共有および知識&技能の交流を促進し、かつ、クラスター内の事業間の技術の移転、ネットワークの構築および情報の伝播に実効的に貢献することによりイノベーション活動を刺激することを目的とする、特定の分野において操業する独立した事業（斬新的な起業、小・中および大規模の事業ならびに研究機構）のグループ」です。
miクラスターはギリシャ初のイノベーションクラスターです。2006年に設立されて以来、そのメンバーは継続的に増加しており、今日では、ギリシャの革新的な会社ならびにギリシャ全国の大学および民間の研究所を含む
