FEAC Engineering, an egg team, in NASA's Software Tech Briefs
Athens, 24.09.14: FEAC Engineering, one of the teams participating in the 2nd cycle of the programme "egg - enterˑgrowˑgo", will be involved in the development of the most powerful superconducting electromagnet at CERN. The team's contribution was particlulary mentioned in the current issue of NASA's Software Tech Briefs with reference in the article "Designing smaller magnets for the large hadron collider".
Hosted in the egg accelerator, FEAC is a start-up, powerful, engineering company specialized in Simulation Driven Product Development. FEAC's top level and awarded services range from CAD drafting, advanced multi-physics Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to design optimization techniques and Structural Health Monitoring (SHM), by using state-of-the-art Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools.
The "egg - enter•grow•go" is an integrated incubation, acceleration and co-working programme, developed as a joint initiative by Eurobank and Corallia. Participating young enterpreneur teams hosted in fully equipped office premises and enjoy support services for startups, effective business training and access to a network of distinguished mentors in order to accelerate their business ideas.
